Why We Share a New Case Study Every Week

Every week, we release a new case study. Some feature big organizations, others are smaller or family-owned, but each one has something in common: they’re all doing something remarkable to grow.

You might wonder why we do this so consistently. The answer is simple: one of the greatest ways to learn is by example.

In business, we can talk endlessly about frameworks, models, and theories (and trust me, I love a good model!), but it’s when we see those ideas in motion- in real businesses, with real people, and real challenges - that the lessons truly come alive.

Learning by Example

Case studies allow us to peek behind the curtain and see how others have tackled their biggest challenges - how they approached growth, culture, innovation, strategy, or sometimes all three!
Sometimes the stories are about clever pivots. Sometimes they’re about courageous leadership. And sometimes they’re about quietly fixing what wasn’t working and doing it better.

Each one offers a learning moment. They spark ideas. They show what’s possible. They make us ask, “How could that work in my business?”

The Curiosity Factor

I’ll be honest -we publish them as much for us as for you. We’re endlessly fascinated by business: how some organizations seem to navigate complexity with grace, while others get stuck in cycles of chaos. Every case study is a chance to explore what makes the difference.

And more often than not, we come away both inspired and a little more curious. Sometimes we’re thinking, “That was brave.” Other times, “That was bold.” But always, “That’s interesting - what could we learn from that?”

Turning Inspiration into Action

Our hope is that these stories don’t just inspire you - they help you think differently about your own business. Whether a new approach to innovation, a leadership decision that paid off, or a cultural shift that changed everything, there’s always a takeaway you can adapt.

Because that’s what great examples do: they make us see new possibilities and take braver steps of our own.

So, as you read our case studies, ask yourself:
👉What’s the one idea here I could try?
👉What would that look like in my business?

And if you ever find yourself left with more questions than answers - well, you’re in good company. That curiosity is exactly where growth begins.
